I’ve always loved Olly products! Unfortunately I didn’t feel any different after using this product. I think menopause definitely is different for everyone and this has worked for other women I know. I love the small discreet container. I left it on my work desk to remind myself to take daily. I didn’t have any issues with smell or taste. I think if this works for you it is a great value as HRT is expensive. I received this complimentary to try!
